Kent has been with Banterra Insurance and Investments Team since 2005. He has a Series 6 and Series 63 license. He has over 10 years of investment experience. He is a graduate of Southern Illinois University of Carbondale and a lifetime resident of Southern Illinois. He lives in McLeansboro, Illinois.

Jared joined the Banterra Insurance and Investments team in 2025 and has his series 7 and 66. He believes that true success comes from strong, trusting relationships. He takes the time to understand each client’s unique goals and works collaboratively to create personalized strategies that align with their future. Jared’s approach is grounded in open communication, transparency, and a deep commitment to his clients’ financial well-being. Whether helping clients plan for retirement, save for education, or manage investments, Jared provides thoughtful, reliable guidance tailored to each individual’s needs. He was born and raised in southern Illinois and lives in Sesser with his wife Julia.

Jody Morrison
Jody has been part of the Banterra Insurance and Investments Team since 2008. He enjoys working with his customers regardless of the investment need – whether it is a business owner trying to protect the large business he/she has worked so hard to create or a person buying their first home. Jody handles many investments products and his top priority is to provide his customers assurance that they are covered properly. He graduated from Oakland City University, where he met his wife Erin. They live in Carmi, Illinois and have a son and daughter.
